Matlock Academy, West Palm Beach

Matlock Prep (MP) is a private college preparatory high school that offers a dedicated home-school program to students ages 16+ in the West Palm Beach / Fort Lauderdale-Miami metropolitan area of South Florida. We believe in the advantages of challenging and nurturing students, which we feel prepares the foundation for lifelong learning. Fundamental in our teaching is the development of independent thought. With our home-school program, students attend school three afternoons a week for several hours each time for specific instruction: one on one tutoring. Our home-schooling curriculum does include homework, which places emphasis on calling, faxing, or emailing questions to enable staff to respond on time. This service has been available to students for over twenty years and those that are accepted into the program do very well. The same outstanding and successful college admissions counseling is given by our experienced staff.
Encouraging thinking, imagination and creativity optimizes talent. Bright students need to have enrichment in every part of their high school curriculum through Advanced Placement and Honors courses.
Accredited One-on-One Homeschool Program for Students Ages 16+

American High School

American High School is a Florida-based private homeschool provider that delivers accredited, affordable, college preparatory and career-based online education for Grades 6-12 to students throughout the U.S. and around the world. Students receive both core curriculum and career-based online courses. We have over 300 online middle school and online high school courses.
