Responsibilities
  • Lead and empower a diverse team to consistently deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Recruit, train, and coach team members to meet and maintain Tim Hortons' high operational standards
  • Plan and execute strategies for increasing sales and achieving targeted cost controls
  • Manage team relations through open communication, understanding, and a respectful work environment
  • Delegate tasks effectively and mentor team members to build a high-performance culture
  • Support the Restaurant Owner in making key operational and business decisions
  • Maintain quality standards across food preparation, guest service, and restaurant cleanliness
Requirements
  • 3–5 years of quick service experience in a supervisory role
  • Previous management experience preferred
  • Customer service background preferred
  • Passion for coaching, mentoring, and delegating tasks
  • Strong operational experience
  • Ability to lift 25 lbs
  • Friendly and outgoing personality
  • Flexible schedule availability
