We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Facility Worker. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities:

* Responsible for working in a safe manner and ensuring quality workmanship on all projects

* Landscaping and grounds maintenance of assigned areas

* Perform janitorial services as needed

* Maintain lawn and power equipment

* Perform general maintenance tasks such as cleaning, painting, grass cutting and minor repair

* Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the facility

Requirements:

* Valid Driver's License

* High school diploma or equivalent

* Previous experience in a maintenance or facilities role is preferred but not required.

* Ability to lift and carry heavy objects

* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Willingness to learn and take on new tasks

* Basic knowledge of hand and power tools is a plus
