We’re hiring for a Night Shift Maintenance Technician at a stable, well-established manufacturing facility with strong leadership, modern equipment, and long-term career potential.

• $73K+ starting salary (no overtime required)
• ~$75K+ with profit sharing
• $1/hour shift differential
• Flexible schedule options:
  • 4x10s (Mon–Thurs or Tues–Fri)
  • 5x8s (Mon–Fri, 10:30PM–6:30AM)
• Quarterly profit sharing

You’ll play a key role in keeping production running efficiently—not just reacting to breakdowns.

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems
• Work on motors, conveyors, gearboxes, bearings, and shafts
• Diagnose issues using PLCs, HMIs, schematics, and ladder logic
• Perform installs, rebuilds, and preventative maintenance
• Use CMMS to track work orders and repairs
• Identify root causes and implement long-term fixes

• 4+ years of industrial maintenance experience
• 2+ years of PLC troubleshooting experience
• Strong mechanical and electrical skills
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and ladder logic
• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and control systems
• Comfortable working nights and being on your feet

Pluses (not required):

• Welding or fabrication experience
• Experience with high-speed manufacturing equipment #LP
