2nd Shift Warehouse Selector

Starting Hourly Rate: $21.95 (Plus $1.00 shift differential) with an increase to $22.39 at 6 months. The hourly max rate is $26.34. All employees start at the minimum rate.

• Earn two pay raises in your first year
• Freezer Differential $0.80/hr
• Eligible for hourly incentive based on performance. Incentive after training can be from $2.17–$7.50/hr
• Base pay and incentives paid weekly

• Sunday–Thursday: 4pm until work is complete.
• Friday & Saturday:
  Off

You will be on your feet for 10 hours of work, lifting up to 100 pounds, and working in the freezer. No experience required – we provide training. Selectors perform hard work and are compensated based on production and efficiency. On average, selectors take home 122% of their base salary.
