The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for safely and quickly receiving shipments of new fully loaded racks, decommissioning old racks, moving devices/racks into and out of critical spaces, using hand and power tools to properly install the racks, conducting inventories and audits of materials, and installing devices and/or cabling in racks. This is an entry‑level position and acts as a foot in the door into the data center industry with boundless possibilities for growth.

• Moving heavy equipment and materials into and out of critical areas
• General cabling & installation of equipment
• General housekeeping in assigned work areas
• Inventorying and auditing materials and equipment
• Other tasks not listed may be assigned for training purposes or to fulfill the general needs of the client

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Forklift certification (preferred or must be obtained within 30 days of hire)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• 2+ years experience in shipping, receiving, or inventory control (required)
• Experience in a mission‑critical, industrial, or data center environment (preferred)
• Familiarity with inventory systems, shipping software, and digital logs
• Military logistics or warehouse experience is an asset
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines under pressure
• Basic computer proficiency (Excel, email, inventory management tools)
• Clear verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to follow chain‑of‑custody and restricted‑access protocols

• Must be able to safely lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working in warehouse/loading dock environments
• May require extended periods of standing, bending, or walking
• Must be able to work safely around material handling equipment and power tools

• Full‑time shift schedule (may include early starts or rotating weekends depending on operations)
• Must pass background check and drug screening
• Must adhere to all site‑specific safety and security protocols
• Will be required to wear PPE (steel‑toe boots, vest, hard hat, gloves, etc.) as needed
