Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

* Possess an associate's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) in a technical discipline such as, Electro-Mechanics, Mechatronics Technology, Automation Controls/SCADA, Robotics, Machinist, Automotive, Diesel Mechanic, Wind Energy Tech

OR

* Be in the last six months of completing an associate's degree (verified prior to start) in a technical discipline such as, Electro-Mechanics, Mechatronics Technology, Automation Controls/SCADA, Robotics, Machinist, Automotive, Diesel Mechanic, Wind Energy Tech AND one (1) year of Industrial Maintenance experience

OR

* Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed prior to start) AND three (3) years of Industrial Maintenance experience

AND

* Interested and available to work rotating shifts, overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

* Experience in solving recurring problems through determination of root cause

* Ability to maintain neat and orderly conditions where you work and promote safe conditions.

* Experience with manufacturing and/or manufacturing technology on web processing equipment.

* Qualified applicants will be required to take and pass 3M elected testing as a part of the selection process.

Pay

Competitive Salary:
The starting rate of pay for this position is $31.26 - $35.88 /hour (depending on experience and qualifications) with a $0.50 shift differential for second shift and a $2.00 shift differential for third shift. This targeted starting salary represents a good faith estimate and can vary based on factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
