This position is responsible for general maintenance activities at assigned locations. Performs rounds to monitor condition of buildings and equipment. Performs activities such as minor electrical, mechanical or plumbing, as well as painting and wall repair. Assists with grounds keeping. Completes assigned preventative maintenance activities. Performs ice and snow removal as needed.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONSHigh School diploma or equivalent
General maintenance experience preferred but not required
Required Registration/License/CertificationValid driver’s license with clear driving record preferred
Schedule – Shift
Hours:
Part Time - Day Shift - 8-4:30
