Lead Warehouse Associate 1st Shift

Base pay starts at $23.00 per hour

1st Shift: 7:00AM - 4:00PM

Lead Warehouse Associates lead and manage warehouse operations and employees while ensuring exceptional customer service.

• Improve employee productivity through coaching and instruction.
• Complete work assignments and customer orders safely, accurately, timely and without damage.
• Assist co-workers and customers.
• Perform administrative tasks and duties including data entry and system updates within the ERP system and associated software applications.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment.
• Perform inventory management and housekeeping duties.
• Perform work in a safe and efficient manner.

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one (1) to three (3) years supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be able to become certified to operate a forklift vehicle and overhead crane.
• Knowledge of basic computer software.
• Ability to resolve problems both internally and with customers.
• Strong customer service skills.
• A combination of education and experience may be qualifying.
