ABM, a leader in comprehensive facility solutions, is seeking a dedicated Construction Cleaner to join our Facilities & Maintenance team. This role focuses on ensuring that construction sites are clean, organized, and safe by performing a variety of cleaning tasks. Our ideal candidate will contribute to maintaining ABM's high standards and support our mission to make a difference for our clients across various industries in the US.
Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris and possible hazards
- Load or unload building materials to be used
- Operate or tend equipment and machines used in cleaning
- Ensure all cleaning equipment and tools are maintained and stored properly
- Follow all health and safety regulations and practices on site
- Support the construction team with any additional cleaning needs
- Report any safety concerns or potential hazards to the site supervisor
Required Skills
- Proficiency in using manual and power tools safely
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions and safety rules
- Physical stamina and strength
