Maintenance Worker, Building Maintenance, HVAC Tech ​/ Heating Engineer

Sevita is seeking a dependable Maintenance Worker to support our Facilities & Maintenance team within our Healthcare & Medical Services programs. In this role, you will perform routine repairs, preventive maintenance, and safety inspections to keep our homes and community-based locations safe, comfortable, and in regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry work; responding to work orders and emergencies;
