the Role
The Eclipse Pool Terrace Server provides professional and attentive service to guests, ensuring an enjoyable dining experience in accordance with the outlet’s standards.
What you will do- Take accurate food and beverage orders and serve them promptly.
- Present menus, recommend dishes, and explain daily specials.
- Ensure proper table set‑up, cleanliness, and ambiance.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to requests promptly.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
- Follow hygiene, safety, and service standards always.
- Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by the F&B Supervisor, Assistant Restaurant Manager or Assistant Director of F&B.
- A minimum of at least 1 year of experience in a similar role in a luxury brand.
- An outgoing personality and a can‑do approach to an assigned task.
- High level of understanding and knowledge of F&B operations.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and as part of a team.
- Proficient in English (speaking, reading, writing).
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
