Housekeeping Attendant

Position at Hilton in Abu Dhabi, Yas Island.

• Ensure consistently high operating standards in all Housekeeping and Laundry areas aligned with Hilton brand standards.
• Monitor appearance, standards, and performance of Housekeeping and Laundry team members, emphasizing training and teamwork.
• Provide excellent guest service and support guest requests.
• Coordinate room availability and release for Guest Service alongside Floor Housekeeping supervision.
• Manage Housekeeping controls, including employee frequency, release of master keys, incident reporting, and uniform/linen inventory management.
• Check daily guest information in CRM to ensure preferences and requests are met on time.
• Arrange flowers for special occasions and provide embroidery for special linen (e.g., wedding, pampering).
• Control monthly Lost and Found activities and donations.
• Inspect uniforms and coordinate cleaning and/or repair.
• Coordinate and control all traffic of documents and personnel within the department, releasing laundry linens daily.
• Release guest clothing for those using the laundry service.
• Close monthly laundry expenses and provide necessary reports.
• Act as a replacement for a Laundry Attendant during holidays, days off, or absences.

• Planning and organizing skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Previous experience in laundry services.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Intermediate proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office.
• Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service.
• Excellent standards of cleanliness.
