• Greet guests upon arrival at the beach and provide orientation on available services, amenities, and activities, and ensure they feel warmly welcomed.
• Address any guest questions or concerns, providing information about beach rules, safety guidelines, and services to ensure a comfortable stay.
• Manage reservations for beach facilities like cabanas, lounges, and water sports, coordinating with the beach team to ensure availability and seamless service.
• Handle any guest complaints or issues promptly, working to resolve them efficiently and with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Brief guests on beach safety protocols and regulations, ensuring they understand and follow guidelines to maintain a safe beach environment.
• Gather guest feedback on their beach experience and insights to management, contributing to service improvement initiatives.
• Work with the beach operations team to ensure the beach area remains clean, well‑organized, and guest‑ready at all times.
