IIQAF Group is seeking a skilled and energetic Bartender in Abu Dhabi to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in mixology, beverage preparation, cocktail service, bar operations, and customer service within hotels, restaurants, or lounges.

• Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, wines, beers, and specialty beverages
• Deliver exceptional guest service and customer experience
• Maintain bar cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Manage bar inventory, stock control, and beverage supplies
• Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately
• Follow UAE hospitality regulations and responsible beverage service standards
• Create innovative drink menus and seasonal specials
• Ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines
• Support team members during peak service hours

• Proven experience as a Bartender or Mixologist
• Knowledge of cocktail recipes and bar techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Immediate availability preferred
