• Prepare and serve Arabic coffee, dates, and refreshments to guests and visitors.
• Welcome guests warmly and maintain high standards of traditional hospitality and etiquette.
• Ensure the coffee service area is clean, organized, and well‑stocked.
• Support VIP visits, meetings, and special events with professional beverage service.
• Follow hygiene, safety, and presentation standards while representing the organization professionally.

• Knowledge of traditional Arabic coffee service and hospitality customs.
• Proficiency in Arabic language.
• Professional appearance and attention to detail.
• Ability to interact confidently with VIP guests and senior management.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
• Team‑oriented with a positive and welcoming attitude.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and special events when required.
• Previous experience in a guest‑facing or hospitality role is preferred.
