Overview
Dare Commercial Services is looking for an experienced individual to conduct site inspections at commercial sites in Acton, MA. You will use a state-of-the-art inspection app to identify maintenance-related issues.
Responsibilities- Conduct site inspections at commercial properties in Acton, MA using a state-of-the-art inspection app.
- Identify maintenance-related issues such as potholes, graffiti, debris, and other site concerns.
- Each inspection takes about 30 minutes.
- Own a smartphone or tablet (iOS preferred).
- Ability to be consistent and reliable in completing inspections.
- Reliable transportation.
