Maintenance Manager

Lead reliability. Build capability. Drive results. Lead the maintenance and reliability strategy for a manufacturing facility while driving equipment uptime, preventive maintenance excellence, continuous improvement, and team development. This role is ideal for a hands-on maintenance leader who enjoys building reliable systems, developing teams, and partnering across the plant to improve operational performance. What You'll Do:
Lead maintenance, reliability, and facilities operations. Lead implementation and sustainment of reliability improvement initiatives to reduce equipment failures and improve asset performance. Drive equipment uptime through preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs. Analyze equipment performance, downtime trends, and maintenance metrics using SAP, CMMS, and other reliability systems to drive continuous improvement. Manage maintenance technicians, employee development, and performance. Monitor and improve KPIs related to safety, quality, service, efficiency, equipment uptime, and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).

Partner with Operations to prioritize maintenance activities and maximize production performance. Lead root cause investigations and implement permanent corrective actions. Manage maintenance budgets, backlog prioritization, and capital improvements. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of manufacturing leadership experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Maintenance leadership experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience using CMMS, SAP, or similar maintenance management systems to manage work orders, preventive maintenance, and performance reporting. Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, controls, automation, HVAC, and facility systems. Experience leading reliability programs, preventive maintenance systems, and root cause failure analysis.
