Administrator - Desk Side Services, AMT Asset Management Software – Adams, Wisconsin, United States
Job SummaryAdminister desk-side services for AMT Asset Management Software. Perform routine maintenance, inspections, diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, repair and replace defective components, install new equipment and systems, provide technical support and training to customers, maintain detailed service records, and adhere to all safety regulations and procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions.
- Repair and replace defective components.
- Install new equipment and systems.
- Provide technical support and training to customers.
- Maintain accurate and detailed service records.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Field Service Technician or in a related field.
- Strong technical and mechanical aptitude.
- Excellent problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment.
- Certification in a relevant field (e.g., HVAC, electrical).
- Experience with specific equipment or software.
- Maximum Salary (US): $75,000
- Minimum Salary (US): $51,000
