Temporary Sanitation Associate - 3 Month Assignment

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Temporary Sanitation Associate to join our team in Addison, IL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in our facility to ensure a safe and hygienic environment.

• Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of work areas, equipment, and facilities according to established procedures.
• Use cleaning chemicals and supplies safely and effectively.
• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Dispose of waste materials properly and maintain cleanliness in designated areas.
• Report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor promptly.
• Assist with other duties as assigned to support the sanitation team.

• 1-2 year of experience in sanitation, janitorial, or related roles preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including possible evenings or weekends.
• Basic understanding of safety and sanitation protocols.
• A team player with the willingness to “do the work” in addition to supervising and delegating work.
• Must have deductive reasoning and comprehension skills to understand the difference between Food Safety Sanitation requirements and general janitorial sanitation standards.
• The ability to lift 50+ pounds multiple times during a workday.
• Must be able to lift, stoop, bend, and be mobile all day.
• Must have visual acuity to see color‑coded tools and to see hazcom warning icons.
