Job Description Summary
This position performs technical and mechanical work that ensures the physical aspects of the buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas of the property meet the Company’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality.
Essential ResponsibilitiesIncumbents must be able to stand, walk, sit, bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and crawl in confined areas for extended periods. Work may be required in all weather conditions (rain, snow, heat, hail, wind, sleet). Incumbents must be able to push, pull, lift, and maneuver weights of up to 25 pounds independently and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
Rare or regular travel, a flexible schedule, and overnight or weekend calls may be required.
Many factors influence pay within the posted range, including business requirements, prior experience, current skills, and geographical location. Corporate positions may participate in a quarterly or annual bonus program based on individual and company performance. On‑site property positions may participate in weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs.
