Whether you need carpet and floor cleaning, upholstery cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, water or storm damage restoration, mold mitigation, air duct cleaning, or odor removal, we have the expertise and advanced techniques to deliver exceptional results.

Assist in retaining customers by fulfilling the company’s obligations through the timely and effective delivery of restoration services.

• Must have valid driver’s license with no accidents, tickets, DUI in last 3 years.
• High school diploma (or GED).
• Adequate math skills; ability to determine appropriate equipment type and number of units.
• Basic computer proficiency – email and portable devices used to report and record daily activity.
• 1 year of floor cleaning experience preferred, and/or some form of specialty cleaning (e.g. stripping & waxing commercial space flooring, air duct cleaning, tile & grout cleaning, upholstery cleaning).
• Highly desired certificates from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC).
• Carpet Cleaning Technician (CCT)
  * preferred but not required.
• Opportunities to advance into:

  • Applied Microbial Remediation Technician (AMRT)
  • Applied Structural Drying Technician (ASD)
  • Mold Remediation Specialist (MRS)
  • Fire and Smoke Damage Restoration Technician (FSRT)
• Compensation levels reflect experience; hourly rate increases with certifications and experience; commissions possible on top of hourly rate.

• Effectively perform Carpet & Floor Cleaning and Restoration services the company offers.
• Complete appropriate cleaning and restoration documentation and authorizations.
• Communicate effectively with customers.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance.
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance.
• Inspect completed work.
• Complete the technician’s daily log.
• Complete Work Orders.
• Maintain appearance and stock of appropriate tools, materials, and supplies for company vehicles.
• Maintain inventory of related supplies.
• Learn and work with the newest equipment and technology in the industry.
• Hold self and others accountable for maintaining company standards.
