Facility Maintenance Technician; in Addison

Location: Addison, TX

Pay: $20.00/hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

We are seeking an experienced Facility Maintenance Technician to join our team in Addison, TX. This position is responsible for maintaining manufacturing equipment, performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and ensuring facility systems remain in excellent working condition. The ideal candidate is dependable, mechanically inclined, and able to work independently while communicating effectively with management.

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment.
• Monitor assigned equipment daily to ensure proper operation.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Maintain building systems, including:
  • Air conditioning (HVAC)
  • Heating and ventilation systems
  • Air compressors
• Complete maintenance work orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Communicate equipment issues, repairs, and project updates with the General Manager.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Assist with additional maintenance projects as needed.

• 5–10 years of facility or industrial maintenance experience required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.
• PLC programming experience is .
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
• Must be able to speak, read, and understand English.
• Ability to lift heavy items when required.
• Dependable with excellent attendance and a strong work ethic.

• Experience maintaining manufacturing equipment.
• Knowledge of HVAC, compressors, and facility systems.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated with attention to detail.
• Team player who works well with minimal supervision.
