Warehouse & Field Support

Position Overview

Cinema Tech is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse & Field Support to join our operations team in Addison, Texas. This hands‑on role supports daily warehouse functions—including fabrication, shipping and receiving, inventory control, and delivery coordination—as well as on-site product handling in high‑end residential settings. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, a professional demeanor, and is comfortable working with tools and clients alike.

Forklift certification is strongly preferred—but if you’re not certified, we’ll cover the cost of your training.

• Receive, inspect, and document incoming materials and shipments
• Organize shipments and track progress to ensure on‑time deliveries
• Coordinate with Shipping Vendors to schedule pickups/ deliveries and claims
• Support project managers and operations staff in coordinating delivery timelines
• Assist in fabricating and assembling acoustic ceiling panels and other products
• Load, unload, and organize materials and finished goods in the warehouse
• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment (certification offered)
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety‑compliant warehouse environment
• Help prepare and execute product deliveries to client homes and job sites
• Professionally deliver, unload, and place products in luxury residential settings
• Drive company and rental vehicles for in‑town and occasional out‑of‑town deliveries and installations
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records
• Use hand and power tools as needed for light fabrication and assembly
• Provide installation support for ARS and fiber optic ceiling systems, including assisting with repairs and product adjustments as needed
• Support seating installations and serve as a backup installer when additional assistance is required
• Follow safety procedures and participate in routine safety training
  
  Physically assist with various projects or needs from other staff as required

• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to follow detailed instructions
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
• Comfortable using hand and power tools; carpentry skills a plus
• Forklift experience or certification strongly preferred (company will pay for certification if needed)
• Professional and respectful demeanor—especially when working in client homes
• Clean driving record; CDL a plus but not required
• Willingness to travel for occasional overnight or out‑of‑town deliveries – average once every few months
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
• Available for early morning starts or occasional weekend work, depending on project needs
