Office Cleaner

Rampart Realty is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Cleaner to help keep our corporate office clean, organized, and presentable. This role is responsible for daily cleaning and light maintenance tasks throughout the office, including common areas, restrooms, kitchens, and work spaces. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, follows a consistent cleaning routine, and can work independently with minimal supervision.

Compensation & Benefits Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Sunday-Thursday Pay Frequency:

Responsibilities

Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, kitchens, and common areas daily

Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust offices, hallways, and conference rooms

Empty trash and recycling bins and replace liners

Wipe down and disinfect desks, countertops, doorknobs, and high-touch surfaces

Restock restroom and kitchen supplies (paper products, soap, etc.)Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors as needed

Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or supply shortages to management

Maintain cleaning equipment and notify management when supplies need reordering

Follow all safety and cleaning procedures, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals

Perform light maintenance tasks and other duties as assigned

Prior cleaning or janitorial experience

Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods

Basic knowledge of cleaning products, tools, and safe chemical handling

Good communication skills

Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
