Lakeside Villas is a brand-new 96-unit apartment community in Adel, Georgia, offering modern 2- and 3-bedroom apartments. We are looking for a dependable, skilled, and customer-focused Maintenance Technician to join our property team and help keep our community in excellent condition.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a new apartment community from the beginning and play an important role in maintaining the property, responding to resident needs, and helping create a great living experience for our residents.
What You’ll Do- Perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout apartments and common areas
- Complete work orders promptly and professionally
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, doors, locks, drywall, and other building components
- Prepare apartments for new residents, including basic repairs, touch-ups, and preventative maintenance
- Conduct routine inspections of apartments, buildings, grounds, and equipment
- Respond to resident maintenance requests in a courteous and professional manner
- Perform preventative maintenance to help reduce equipment failures and costly repairs
- Assist with maintaining the appearance, safety, and cleanliness of the property
- Help identify potential maintenance issues before they become larger problems
- Maintain accurate records of completed work and maintenance activities
- Work with vendors and contractors when specialized repairs are needed
- Follow all company safety procedures and maintenance standards
- Assist with other property maintenance duties as needed
- Previous experience in apartment, hotel, commercial, residential, or building maintenance preferred
- General knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and building repairs
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple work orders
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to use basic hand and power tools
- Ability to work safely and follow established procedures
- Must be dependable, professional, and able to interact positively with residents and coworkers
HVAC experience or certification is a plus. Experience with apartment maintenance, hotel maintenance, or other property maintenance is also highly valued.
Physical Requirements- Ability to lift and carry equipment and materials
- Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, climb ladders, and work in various positions
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to safely operate basic hand and power tools

Full-Time
Monday–Friday schedule with occasional after-hours or weekend maintenance responsibilities as needed.
