Our team thrives in a positive, innovative environment, and we’re looking for a Maintenance Assistant to support our Maintenance Facility Manager during the busy season.

We’re seeking a reliable Maintenance Assistant to help with the upkeep of our cultivation facility. This role is perfect for someone with hands‑on maintenance skills who enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment. You’ll assist with general repairs, equipment maintenance, and facility upkeep, ensuring our operations run smoothly.

• Assist with routine inspections and minor repairs on cultivation equipment.
• Support maintenance of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Troubleshoot and report any facility or equipment issues.

• Perform basic repairs (e.g., drywall, plumbing leaks, light installations).
• Help maintain landscaping, weed control, and irrigation systems.
• Ensure facility cleanliness and compliance with safety standards.

• Work closely with the Maintenance Facility Manager on daily tasks.
• Assist with preventative maintenance programs and scheduled inspections.
• Safely use tools and equipment required for maintenance work.
  
  Qualifications & Skills
  • Previous maintenance, handyman, or facility support experience preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or equipment troubleshooting.
  • Comfortable working indoor and outdoor in varying conditions.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols.
  • Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or in a team.
