Perform general, routine maintenance and servicing operations through the hospital plant and area as directed;
Complete work orders and preventive maintenance (PMs) in a timely manner;
Perform minor repairs on equipment and machinery and to buildings and facilities, including painting, plastering, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical power;
Perform maintenance, repair, or replacement of broken parts;
Maintain all required departmental records, reports, and files as required
