Pyramid Healthcare is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Technician to support the day-to-day operations of our Agawam facility. This position plays a vital role in maintaining a safe, clean, and well-functioning environment for our clients and staff. The ideal candidate is dependable, hands-on, and experienced in general building maintenance and repairs.

• Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Rotating on-call responsibilities

$25.00–$28.00 per hour
, based on experience.

• Perform general building maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance.
• Complete carpentry, painting, drywall, and basic plumbing repairs.
• Perform light electrical work, when qualified, including replacing outlets, fixtures, switches, and lighting.
• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing fixtures, fans, and other facility equipment.
• Maintain the interior and exterior appearance and functionality of the facility.
• Troubleshoot and repair laundry equipment and other building systems as needed.
• Safely operate and maintain hand and power tools, including saws, drills, and other maintenance equipment.
• Track labor, materials, and completed work orders accurately.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain a clean, hazard-free environment.
• Assist with training or directing maintenance helpers when appropriate.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support facility operations.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Previous maintenance, facilities, or handyman experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and general building maintenance.
• Ability to safely use hand and power tools.
• Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and time management skills.
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
