Maintenance Supervisor ; Aloha Iā Halewilikō

A mission‑based nonprofit organization with over 50 years of experience, EAH Housing seeks a full‑time Maintenance Supervisor I for Aloha Iā Halewilikō, a 140‑unit LIHTC, RHRF, HMMF property in Aiea, HI.

The Maintenance Supervisor I oversees the property’s physical operations, including upkeep, repair and maintenance of buildings, grounds, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, security and electrical systems.

• Organizes staff workload to ensure preventative and routine maintenance is completed on time.
• Maintains and updates files and documents.
• Coordinates and oversees outside vendors.
• Supervises less than 3 maintenance and janitorial employees.
• Performs annual unit inspections.
• Ensures unit turnover within 5 days.

• 2+ years of related apartment maintenance experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge and skills in plumbing, electrical and general maintenance.
• Clean DMV and reliable transportation.
• HVAC certification (plus other relevant certifications are a plus).

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Background check and drug testing as part of the post‑offer process.

Salary range: $26.13–$41.80 per hour (hiring range $26.13–$33.96 per hour, DOE).
