Maintenance Worker; Parks

Responsibilities

• Keeping City properties clean, safe, and attractive
• Maintaining park grounds and playground equipment
• Maintaining athletic fields and recreation facilities
• Setting up and breaking down facilities for rentals and events
• Operating a variety of light equipment
• General cleaning, dealing effectively with the public, and other related duties

Work hours are variable and may require evening and weekend scheduling. Manual labor and heavy lifting are required.

• Must have a valid state driver's license
• Be able to read and write
