Shaw Industries Group, Inc. is hiring a Reliability Tech B for the 12-hour rotating night shift at Shaw Plant 78, 136 East Frontage Road, Aiken, SC 29802.
You will maintain manufacturing equipment, troubleshoot failures, and contribute to PM, PdM, and CM programs to optimize uptime and efficiency. Responsibilities include working on power transmission components, conveyors, mechanical control systems, and coordinated maintenance with operations.
