Maintenance Technician II
Performs a variety of routing to skilled general preventative maintenance duties to include repairing, altering and modifying building, equipment and systems. Duties include maintaining routine records and determining type and extent of malfunctions of equipment and, as necessary, adjusting, disassembling, repairing or replacing parts or components then reassembling and testing for proper operation. Maintains gas fire steam boilers and makes necessary adjustments to ensure proper steam pressure, combustion, water flow, water level and proper operation of safety devices.
Assists with the preventative maintenance on heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration equipment. Performs general mechanical maintenance to kitchen equipment, boiler room equipment, etc. to include complete all maintenance records of equipment. Maintains all gases to facility such as oxygen, nitrogen and vacuum systems needed for daily operation of the hospital. Assists with performing preventative maintenance on all HVAC equipment. Performs other duties as assigned/required.

Qualifications Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 – 2 years of general maintenance experience
- Knowledge of general mechanics, electrical and plumbing codes
- Driver's License Required
