Aiken Rehabilitation and Care Center is seeking a reliable Floor Technician to join our skilled nursing facility in Aiken, SC.

You will perform a variety of floor care, cleaning, and organizing duties to help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for our residents, staff, and visitors.

• Full-Time

• 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

• Part time - Every weekend 8a-4:30p

• Every Other Weekend (EOW)

• Follow Floor Technician service procedures

• Perform various floor cleaning processes, including stripping and waxing hard-surface floors

• Perform carpet care and other floor maintenance as needed

• Maintain floors and common areas in a clean, safe, and presentable condition

• Assist with general housekeeping duties as needed

• Follow all facility sanitation and safety procedures

• Previous experience as a Floor Technician, in cleaning, light maintenance, or a related field preferred

• Familiarity with cleaning materials, floor care products, and equipment

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean environment
