We’re hiring reliable independent cleaners for apartment unit turnovers. If you already clean, have your own supplies, and want consistent work without the headache of chasing clients—this is for you.

• $70 for 1‑bedroom units
• $80 for 2‑bedroom units
• Units are small and efficient (typically 2–4 hours)
• Opportunity for multiple units per day

• Full turnover cleaning between tenants
• Kitchen, bathroom, floors, dusting, trash removal
• Getting units ready for the next move‑in

• Must be an independent contractor (1099)
• Must have your own cleaning supplies and equipment
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be detail‑oriented and dependable
• Must be able to follow a checklist and take photos after cleaning

• Consistent, repeat work (not one‑off jobs)
• Fast, straightforward jobs (no oversized homes)
• Clear expectations and simple scopes
• No dealing with customers—we handle all communication
