We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Laborer to assist with daily operations for our property management company.
Responsibilities Include:
- Painting and prep work
- Running errands and picking up materials
- Light cleaning of apartments and common areas
- Basic maintenance tasks and minor repairs
- Trash removal and property cleanouts
- Assisting with rent-ready units and general labor work
- Loading, unloading, and moving materials
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Able to lift, carry, and perform physical labor
- Dependable and punctual
- Able to follow instructions and work independently
- Basic maintenance experience preferred but not required
