We’re Hiring! Join our team as a Lead Cleaner
Location:
Akron, OH
Hourly Rate: $16.00/hr (Paid Weekly)
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 4:00pm - 10:00pm
The Lead Cleaner is responsible for giving direction, motivation, and guidance to a team of cleaners.
Military Occupational Specialty Code: 92S, BM, 0111, 3F1 X1
Responsibilities- Provide leadership and direction to team members
- Relay communication between team members, client, customers and management
- Report performance issues to the Supervisor
- Assist with the training of cleaning team
- Assist with making daily and weekly work schedules Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- No high school diploma, GED or college degree required
- No experience required and on the job training provided
Preferred Qualifications:
- One (1) year of similar work experience
