We are currently hiring dependable team members in the Akron area who enjoy staying active, working independently, and helping people through quality service. This position is a strong fit for individuals coming from customer-focused industries such as hospitality, retail, healthcare, food service, or caregiving. • Clean and maintain residential homes using professional cleaning systems and eco-friendly products
• Deliver reliable, detail-oriented service that helps create a positive client experience
• Manage daily routes and cleaning assignments efficiently while maintaining company standards
• Communicate professionally with clients and team members throughout the workday
• Help maintain long-term relationships with recurring clients through consistency and dependable service

During your first 6-12 months, successful team members typically:

• Consistently deliver high-quality cleaning results and positive customer experiences
• Build trust with recurring clients through professionalism and reliability
• Complete homes efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
• Demonstrate strong attendance, punctuality, and communication
• Take on additional responsibilities and advancement opportunities based on performance

• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Positive attitude and professional communication skills
• Comfortable working on your feet and performing physical activity throughout the day
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance required
• Ability to pass a background check
• No prior professional cleaning experience required -- paid training provided

• Day shift schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
