Pay: $160 per unit | 4-5 hours per job

We’re hiring reliable independent cleaners for apartment unit turnovers. If you already clean, have your own supplies, and want consistent work without the headache of chasing clients—this is for you.

• $30 per bedroom
• $40 per living room/kitchen
• Units are small and efficient
• Opportunity for multiple units per day

• Full turnover cleaning between tenants
• Kitchen, bathroom, floors, dusting, trash removal
• Getting units ready for the next move-in

• Must be an independent contractor (1099)
• Must have a working cellphone with internet connection
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be detail-oriented and dependable
• Must be able to follow a checklist and take photos after cleaning

• Volume Work (as much as you can handle)
• Fast, straightforward jobs (no oversized homes)
• Clear expectations + simple scopes
• No dealing with customers—we handle all communication
• Work with a growing company servicing dozens of buildings across Greater Akron
