The role ensures clean, safe, well‑maintained residence halls and oversees one quad, with responsibilities including day‑to‑day operations, key management, inspections, and training of staff.
The position requires high school diploma or GED and 1–2 years custodial experience with leadership abilities. Competitive hourly pay, benefits, and an on‑call rotation are provided.
