The Maintenance Worker is responsible for performing a variety of work including the maintenance and repair of buildings and grounds in assigned areas. Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs.

Compensation: $24.04 per hour.

• Maintain a friendly, efficient, positive customer service demeanor toward customers, clients, and co-workers.
• Adaptable to customer needs.
• Repair various fixtures and hardware such as doors, windows, minor appliances, and office equipment.
• Inspect assigned areas on a routine basis and perform maintenance as needed to keep facilities functional and serviceable.
• Complete daily, weekly, or monthly checklists of pre‑scheduled building and equipment maintenance procedures.
• Report major maintenance needs and recommend corrective action as appropriate.
• Demonstrate efficient and safe use of equipment and tools.
• Show commitment to professional growth and competence by adhering to training commitments.
• Adhere to Aramark safety policies and procedures.

• Previous maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to follow basic safety procedures and precautions due to physical risks.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

This role may have physical demands that include lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended walking and standing. Uniforms and/or personal protective equipment (PPE) may be required.
