We are seeking a motivated Commercial Mover Trainee to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start a career in commercial moving. No prior experience is required—just a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work in a physically demanding environment. Trainees will receive hands-on training from experienced movers and gain the skills necessary to advance in the field.

• Learn proper moving techniques, including packing, loading, and unloading office furniture, equipment, and supplies.
• Develop skills in safely disassembling and reassembling office furniture and other items as needed.
• Gain experience in handling delicate or valuable items such as electronics, artwork, and sensitive documents.
• Shadow experienced movers to understand best practices for commercial relocations.

Assist in loading and unloading trucks efficiently to ensure safe transport.

Learn how to use moving equipment (dollies, straps, blankets, etc.) properly.

Help inventory and label items to ensure accurate placement during the move.

Support the team in organizing moves for maximum efficiency.

Observe and assist in communicating with clients to understand their moving needs.

Learn how to address customer concerns and maintain professionalism during moves.

Ensure all items are delivered safely and in a timely manner.

Learn and follow all company safety procedures to protect yourself, teammates, and client property.

Develop proper lifting techniques and body mechanics to prevent injuries.

Assist in securing items in the moving truck to prevent shifting and damage during transit.

Work closely with experienced movers and supervisors to complete tasks efficiently.

Take direction from senior team members and apply feedback to improve skills.

Develop teamwork and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.

• Must be able to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs or more).
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
• Ability to follow instructions and work well as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to grow in the role.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends, based on client needs.

• This role involves physical labor, including lifting, loading, and unloading heavy items.
