Hotel Manager for Luxury Resort in Al-Rayyan, Qatar

Our luxury resort in Al-Rayyan, Qatar is seeking a Hotel Manager to oversee all operations and ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction.

As the Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining hotel standards, and ensuring financial targets are met. You will also be responsible for creating and implementing strategies to attract and retain guests, as well as overseeing marketing efforts.

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the hotel
• Manage all staff members including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
• Monitor guest satisfaction levels and address any issues or concerns
• Develop strategies to attract new guests and retain current ones
• Work with department heads to ensure high-quality service standards are maintained
• Monitor financial performance of the hotel and make adjustments as needed
• Create marketing plans to promote the hotel and its services
• Maintain a strong relationship with local businesses and organizations to drive business to the hotel
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and make recommendations for improvements

• Previous experience in hotel management or a similar role
• Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Indian culture is preferred)
• Strong leadership abilities with experience managing a team
• Knowledge of financial management principles
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with marketing strategies and techniques
• Understanding of health, safety, and licensing regulations
• Biometric passport required
