Guest Relations Concierge

The Guest Relations Concierge will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to hotel guests at a luxury property in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. This role requires an individual who is fluent in English and has a passion for delivering personalized experiences to guests from various backgrounds. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the hospitality industry and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
• Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
• Make reservations for dining, transportation, and other activities as requested by guests
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain knowledge of current events and activities in the local area
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure prompt resolution of guest issues
• Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer assistance or recommendations
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions using hotel software systems
• Collaborate with team members to create memorable experiences for guests

• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service roles preferred
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Positive attitude and team player mentality
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
