Housekeeping Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Manager to join our team in Umm-Said. As a Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities, including guest rooms, public areas, and employee areas. You will oversee a team of housekeeping staff and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards.

• Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department
• Train and supervise housekeeping staff, including scheduling and performance evaluations
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met
• Respond to guest requests and complaints regarding housekeeping services
• Develop and implement cleaning procedures to improve efficiency and maintain quality standards
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate guest room turnover and special requests
• Monitor budget expenditures for the housekeeping department

• Minimum 3 years of experience in housekeeping management, preferably in a hotel or resort setting
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a team effectively
• Excellent time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment
• Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Urdu is a plus)
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
