Overview

Housekeeping Manager vacancy in Umm-Said, Qatar. A prestigious hotel in Umm-Said is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Housekeeping Manager to join their team. The Housekeeping Manager will oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring that all guest rooms and public areas are clean and well-maintained.

• Manage, train and supervise a team of housekeeping staff to ensure high quality standards are met
• Create and maintain cleaning schedules and ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness is maintained
• Develop and implement procedures for efficient cleaning processes
• Order and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment, and linens
• Respond promptly to guest requests or complaints regarding housekeeping services
• Collaborate with other departments such as front desk, maintenance, and laundry to ensure smooth operations
• Monitor budget for housekeeping department, control expenses, and make recommendations for cost-saving measures

• Proven experience as a Housekeeping Manager or similar role in a hotel setting
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, equipment, and safety procedures
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a team
• Attention to detail with high standards for cleanliness and presentation
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays if necessary
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)

Salary: 1500$ per month.
