Housekeeping Manager

Overview

Housekeeping Manager vacancy in Umm-Said, Qatar. We are currently hiring a Housekeeping Manager to oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department. The ideal candidate will manage a team of housekeeping staff, ensure all rooms and common areas are clean and well-maintained, and uphold high standards of cleanliness throughout the property.

• Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department, including scheduling, training, and supervising staff
• Ensure that all rooms and common areas are cleaned and maintained according to established standards
• Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and submit purchase requests as needed
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure that all rooms meet cleanliness standards
• Handle guest complaints or issues related to housekeeping services in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient communication and smooth operation of the property
• Develop and implement training programs for new housekeeping staff members
• Maintain records of expenses, budgets, and payroll for the department

• Previous experience in a similar role as a Housekeeping Manager or Supervisor
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Attention to detail with a hands-on approach
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

The salary for this position is $900 per month.

Location:

Umm-Said, Qatar. Relocation assistance may be provided for qualified candidates.

Preferred nationality:
This position is open to Indian nationals who have relevant experience in housekeeping management.
