Lobby Ambassador

What you will be doing:

• Provide a seamless and personalized arrival experience engaging first‑time visitors and offering directions
• Anticipate guest needs and exceed expectations
• Recognize and welcome repeat guests, elite members and VIPs
• Offer prompt, professional and discreet service
• Confidently respond to guest inquiries with strong product knowledge
• Creatively resolve incidents to turn around negative experiences
• Remain available and proactive in guest interactions
• Assist with hotel facilities and promotions
• Handle cashiering and administrative duties related to lobby operations
• Coordinate pre‑arrival communications and ensure readiness
• Promote upselling and cross‑selling opportunities
• Uphold Accor values and service standards
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in guest relations or front office preferred
• Strong understanding of the local market and guest expectations
• Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest moments
• Ability to multitask and work collaboratively across departments
• Thriving in fast‑paced environments and love creating memorable guest experiences
• Tech‑savvy with Opera or similar systems
• Guest‑oriented, approachable and genuinely service‑minded
