Pay: $18.00–$19.00 per hour (Based on Experience)
Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 6:00 AM–4:30 PM
Type: Temp-to-Hire
Full-Time | Weekly Pay | Three-Day Weekends

We are seeking a dependable Facilities Maintenance Technician to support the operation and upkeep of equipment, machinery, and the facility. This position is ideal for someone with mechanical aptitude who enjoys troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and facility systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and basic electrical issues.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure equipment and facilities are operating properly.
• Complete minor repairs and maintenance tasks throughout the facility.
• Maintain maintenance records and documentation.
• Follow all company safety procedures and report potential hazards.
• Assist with general building upkeep and support production operations as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Previous maintenance, mechanical, or industrial experience preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical equipment and perform basic repairs.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and facility maintenance is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable with good attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
