Position
Painter/Plasterer
DepartmentEngineering Services
PurposeTo ensure a safe, efficient, well-maintained hotel environment.
Reports toDirector of Engineering Services
Essential Functions- Maintain (paint, wallpaper, plaster, etc.) all public areas and guest rooms on an ongoing basis.
- Keep the hotel decor in good condition.
- Clean all work areas after completing job.
- Fill out Daily Work form.
- Have a thorough understanding of Omni's fire alarm procedures and other emergencies.
- Have a thorough understanding of Omni Hotel rules and regulations.
- Able to lift more than 5 lbs.
- Stand/Walk throughout shift.
- Bend/Stoop.
- Climb ladders.
Telephone, pen/pencil, photo-copying machine.
Working Environment- Interior of hotel, in all areas of the hotel. Exposure to extreme hot and cold temperatures.
- Exterior of hotel with exposure to weather conditions.
- Exposure to various hazardous chemicals.
